The families of Catholic civilians killed and injured on Bloody Sunday are to appeal this morning’s ruling that the soldiers responsible for the massacre don’t have to travel to Derry to give evidence.

A spokesman for the families described the ruling in the British High Court as "yet another example of bad faith and interference by the British judiciary in an international tribunal of inquiry".
