The Government has revealed that it is unable to appoint extra members to the Flood Tribunal and has now asked the opposition parties if they can find someone willing to take on the job.

Earlier this year, Mr Justice Fergus Flood, the chairman of the tribunal, asked the Dail to appoint three new members to help him with his job.
