Man and 2-year-old child die in Co Kilkenny

A man and a two-year-old child have been killed in a stabbing incident in the Co Kilkenny town of Callan today.

Another woman is being treated for stab wounds in St Luke’s hospital in Kilkenny as a result of the attack.

The attack took place at five o’clock this afternoon on the Main Street of Callan.
