There is fresh doubt this morning over whether loyalist residents protesting outside a Catholic school in north Belfast will suspend their actions for tomorrow’s 11-plus exams.

The protestors had signalled that they were discussing such a move, but yesterday, a lawyer confirmed that a parent of one of the Catholic children caught up in the dispute is bringing the British Government to court.
