Two killed in overnight road accidents

Two people have died in separate road accidents in Co Sligo and Co Limerick.

A man in his 30s died when his car hit a wall in Kildimo, Co Limerick on the N69 just after midnight.

In Co Sligo, a 28-year-old man died when his car went out of control and hit a ditch at Colgagh at around 4.15am.

Gardai are withholding the dead men’s names until all next of kin are informed.
