The Minister with responsibility for Nuclear Safety has told a public forum on Sellafield that Ireland is determined to have the threat removed once and for all.

Joe Jacob, speaking at the forum in Drogheda today, said the Government is totally opposed to the continued operation of Sellafield and there is no reason we should have to live in the shadow of its threat.
