Garda arrested in relation to alleged conspiracy
Gardai have confirmed they have arrested a member of the force concerning the relationship between the gardai and tyre firm Advance Pitstop.
The officer and two civilians were detained in connection with conspiracy and false pretense charges last Wednesday morning while the garda was on duty.
