Fine Gael call for illegal dumps to be named

Fine Gael have issued a call for Minister for the Environment, Noel Dempsey, to inform the public on how many illegal hazardous dumps there are in the country.

Deidre Clune, Fine Gael’s environmental protection spokeswoman, says the Wicklow case is a shocking and graphic illustration on what is out there.
