Sellafield accident 'could cause one million cancer cases'
An unpublished EU report says up to one million people world wide could die from cancer if an accident were to occur at the Sellafield nuclear plant.
A report in today's newspapers says that, according to the report, an accident at the plant in Cumbria would release nearly 40 times the amount of radioactive material that was released by the Chernobyl disaster.
