The Supreme Court has banned Limerick lecturer Denis Riordan from taking cases at will to the High Court and the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has banned Limerick lecturer Denis Riordan from taking cases at will to the High Court and the Supreme Court.

The court ruled that Mr Riordan must seek written permission from the court registrar before initiating any cases in the future.
