The Court of Criminal Appeal has refused leave to Northern Ireland Human Rights campaigner, Vincent McKenna, to appeal a sentence against his conviction for sexual assault of his daughter.

The Court of Criminal Appeal has refused leave to Northern Ireland Human Rights campaigner, Vincent McKenna, to appeal a sentence against his conviction for sexual assault of his daughter.

The DPP is to appeal the leniency of his three-year jail sentence on December 5.
