Gardai investigate death of married couple

Gardai in Navan are today continuing their investigations into the mysterious death of a married couple.

The couple, in their fifties, were found dead at their home at Boyne Road, on the outskirts of the town yesterday.

Neighbours notified the gardai after finding the bodies shortly after 5pm.

Gardai have said there was no evidence of a break-in or use of a firearm.

The possibility of a domestic dispute has not been ruled out.
