Aer Lingus workers take plight to Dail Eireann
Aer Lingus workers will lobby Dail Eireann today to impress their plight upon politicians.
They plan to attend a Dail debate, which will discuss yesterday’s EU Council of Transport Ministers meeting in Luxembourg.
Minister for Public Enterprise, Mary O’Rourke, represented Ireland at the meeting.
A delegation of SIPTU officials and shop stewards are ready to take their fight to Europe on Thursday also, where they will lobby Irish MEP’s and the European Parliament’s Transport Committee.
