Dail sub-committee await High Court ruling

The High Court will rule this morning whether the Dail Sub Committee investigating the mini CTC Rail signalling project may proceed with its hearing.

The inquiry was delayed after a stay on proceedings was granted to the widow of the former CIE Chief Executive Michael McDonnell.
