Taoiseach delivers keynote address

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has delivered his keynote address to the Fianna Fail Ard Fheis tonight.

He spoke of the party's record on tax cuts, unemployment and health.

He referred to the recent US terror attacks and said: "We support the right of the US to self-defence".

He spoke of the Omagh bombing and the Ardoyne protests and said: "Terror is not inevitable and peace is not impossible".
