Trimble outlines plans to force Assembly collapse

UUP leader David Trimble has outlined his plans to collapse the Northern Assembly in protest at the IRA’s procrastination on decommissioning.

Mr Trimble said he and his ministers will withdraw from the Assembly if a motion to have Sinn Fein excluded from government fails.
