Future of Aer Lingus in the balance
Embattled Aer Lingus will today forward more details of the strategy it wishes to adopt in order to survive the current international aviation crisis.
Minister for Public Enterprise Mary O’Rourke is currently gathering information and projected figures before she briefs her cabinet colleagues tomorrow on the future of the state airline.
Many of the airline’s employees will today be briefed on the current state of the company when they attend a meeting at Liberty Hall in Dublin.
The meeting will be addressed by the General Secretary of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, David Beg.
