Homeless funds increase called for

A special report into the operation of a homeless centre in Dublin has called for increased state aid to fund improvements and to increase staff numbers.

The Rendu apartments in the north inner city accommodate up to 60 people who cannot afford housing or accommodation and would otherwise sleep on the streets.
