17-year-old charged with murder of Limerick man

A 17-year-old youth has been charged with murdering 19-year-old Eric Leamy in Limerick city last month.

Liam Keane, with an address in Singland Gardens in Ballysimon, was remanded in custody to appear before Limerick District Court again on September 26th.

He was charged with stabbing Mr Leamy to death in the Lee estate on August 28th.
