IRA to restart talks with de Chastelain

The IRA has reaffirmed its commitment to decommissioning and has promised to re-engage with General John de Chastelain’s international decommissioning body.

In a statement released last night, the organisation said it hopes this move will accelerate progress on the arms issue.
