Scottish murderer picked up in Belfast

A Scottish murderer who escaped from a high-security psychiatric hospital in Glasgow on Wednesday has been found in Belfast.

It had been feared that 39-year-old Norman McGovern had made his way across the border into the Republic after it was discovered he took the ferry from Stranraer to Larne.
