Youngster dies in hut fire

A 12-year-old boy died in a fire in Tallaght overnight.

His body was discovered in a makeshift hut on Rossfield Avenue at about 5am today.

The fire was contained in the hut, which was located beside Rossfield Stores.

Gardai are investigating how the fire may have started.
