Gardai spoke to man before he and daughter were found dead

Gardai spoke to Chris Crowley before he was later found dead with his six-year-old daughter Deirdre at a house outside Clonmel yesterday afternoon.

It appears gardai received information that Mr Crowley had been living in the cottage at Kilgainey for some time and detectives approached the house and made some contact with him.
