Gardai say Limerick attacks were connected

Gardai believe that two separate violent incidents in Limerick, which left one man dead and another critically injured, were connected.

A 19-year-old was stabbed to death in the city centre while ten hours later another man was beaten with an iron bar, also in the city centre.
