Shooting victims quizzed over Belfast murder
The RUC is questioning two victims of republican punishment attacks in connection with the brutal murder of a 34-year-old man in the Shankill Road area last week.
David McDowell was beaten to death in the loyalist stronghold as he was carrying furniture to the house he was moving into.
The RUC arrested the two men in hospital, where they were receiving treatment after being shot on Thursday night in republican areas of west Belfast.
