Irish Rail vows to bring workers to court

Irish Rail has said it will bring the full force of the courts to bear on striking train drivers to prevent them from taking any further industrial action.

The ILDA is planning a series of one-day stoppages over company disciplinary action against eight drivers, which they deemed unjust.
