Man drowns off Cork coast

A 78-year-old man has drowned after his boat capsized off the coast of Co Cork this morning.

The victim was with another man en route to a larger vessel in Courtmacsharry when the accident happened.

Meanwhile, the body of a fisherman missing in Donegal since Tuesday was found last night.

The man in his 60s was fishing on the bank of the Gweebara estuary when he was swept into the water. The body was found about half a mile upstream from where he was last seen alive.
