'Ireland must change attitude to drink'

Fine Gael leader Michael Noonan has said Ireland must change its attitude towards excessive drinking and encourage young people to lead fit and active lives.

Mr Noonan has urged the Taoiseach to scrap the National Stadium plans and instead spend the money it will cost on grassroots sports across the country.
