IRA statement 'regrettable' - Cowen

Minister for Foreign Affairs Brian Cowen has described the IRA statement to pull out of decommissioning as "regrettable" and called on it to reverse the decision.

He said: "This morning’s statement by the IRA that it has withdrawn its proposal for putting arms beyond use is very disappointing.
