Two shot in paramilitary-style attacks
Two men were today being treated for bullet wounds following separate paramilitary-style attacks in west Belfast.
A 17-year-old youth was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital after being shot in both legs and arms, an RUC spokeswoman said.
He had been taken from his home by a gang of men to the rear of Aitnamona Crescent, Andersonstown, where the shooting occurred.
The second victim was also receiving treatment in the RVH for wounds to both legs.
He was shot at Juniper Way in Twinbrook, on the outskirts of west Belfast.
