Cowen condemns Israeli bomb attack

The Minister for Foreign Affairs Brian Cowen has condemned the bomb attack in Jerusalem today as horrific, and sent his sympathies to the families of the victims.

He said Ireland, together with the EU, have called repeatedly on both sides to try to curb the escalating violence in the Middle East.
