FG slams lack of substance in anti-smoking bill

Fine Gael's Gay Mitchell has accused Health Minister Micheal Martin of misleading the public regarding new anti-smoking legislation.

Mr Mitchell said the minister has backtracked on promises to toughen the laws on smoking.
