Joint Government proposal delayed for a week

It appears that the joint Irish and British Governments will delay the publication of the proposal to break the deadlock over the Good Friday Agreement until next week.

It had been proposed that the proposal would be given to the parties involved in the recent talks tomorrow and would be released to the media the same day.
