Lawlor must explain lack of documents

Lawyers for Liam Lawlor TD are expected to tell the High Court today why certain requested documents have not been presented to the Flood Tribunal.

Yesterday, the court was told that major financial transactions involving Mr Lawlor have not been backed up with documentation.
