The navy has arrested its second fishing vessel in 24 hours, suspected of breaking fishing rules off the Irish coast.

The navy has arrested its second fishing vessel in 24 hours, suspected of breaking fishing rules off the Irish coast.

The Spanish-registered trawler is being escorted to Cobh after she was detained 120 miles off Mizen Head last night.
