Labour accuses Ahern of breaking Ethics Act

Labour has accused the Taoiseach of breaching the Ethics in Public Office Act over the course of five years.

It emerged that Bertie Ahern amended his "declaration of interests" to include the use of his constituency office in Dublin, which is worth £23,000 per annum.
