Man injured in hit-and-run incident

Gardai in Co Monaghan are investigating a hit-and-run incident in Castleblaney early this morning.

A 19-year-old youth is in a serious condition after being struck by a northern registered car while walking along the main Monaghan road near the Glencarn hotel shortly before 3am.
