RUC probes reported blast

The RUC is investigating reports of an explosion and shooting outside a police station in Castlewellan, Co Down last night.

The blast was reported at around 11pm, but there were no reports of any injuries or damage.

Meanwhile, a man is recovering in hospital today after he was shot in both feet in a paramilitary-style punishment attack in the Stamford Road area of Belfast last night.
