Activists criticise courts' attitude to those with learning disabilites

The Rape Crisis Network has called for an examination of how the Irish legal system treats people with learning disabilities.

The call follows a court's decision to suspend a two-and-a-half-year sentence handed down to a 22-year-old man who raped a 13-year-old boy with learning disabilities.
