Flood issues final warning to builders
The builders Brennan and McGowan have been given one last chance by the Flood Tribunal to produce documents being sought by the inquiry.
Mr Justice Fergus Flood said Tom Brennan and Joe McGowan were in serious breach of discovery orders, as was auctioneer John Finnegan.
Counsel for the tribunal has been directed to put together a final list of outstanding documents wanted from the two builders.
Earlier Patrick Hanratty, Counsel for the tribunal, said the evidence to date suggested former Minister Ray Burke was given his house and its site in Swords as a present by a Tom Brennan-owned company.
Mr Brennan has failed to produce any evidence to show that a payment was made by Mr Burke for the site or the house in North Co Dublin.
