Ireland's roads claim 200th victim

A truck driver has died following a collision on the N81 near Baltinglass in Co Wicklow earlier this afternoon.

The man, who is believed to be in his mid-30s, died in hospital following the collision between two trucks at Whitestown Lower.

Traffic in the area has been severely disrupted and motorists will continue to experience delays until the road can be cleared later today.

200 people have now died on Ireland's roads this year.
