Northern Irish woman dies on holiday in Malta

A woman from the North has died after falling from a hotel balcony while on holiday with her family on the Mediterranean island of Malta.

The 41-year-old woman, has been named as Linda Hampton from Lisburn in Co Antrim and it is believed that she was exercising on the third floor balcony of the hotel when the accident occurred on Friday.
