Opposition parties to oppose proposed bill in the Seanad

Opposition parties will today push for the rejection of the proposed bill that could impose a ban on opinion polls up to a week before an election.

Opposition parties are expected to vote against the legislation when it comes before the Seanad, although it has already been passed through the Dail.
