North peace talks begin today

Crunch talks aimed at saving the peace process in the North will begin later today in Shropshire near Birmingham.

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern and the British Prime Minister, Tony Blair will meet first in Downing Street where they will discuss how best to approach the talks with all the pro-Good Friday Agreement parties.
