Tensions rise as Drumcree stand-off approaches

Tensions are rising as the North moves towards the marching season climax of Drumcree.

Barricades are being erected as police prepare for another possible stand-off with Orangemen banned from marching down the nationalist Garvaghy road.

Last night, the Parades Commission also banned the annual Twelfth of July parade in Derry from crossing the River Foyle into the city centre.
