Sinn Fein claims that the latest marching proposals put forward by the Orange Order are "nothing new".

The party says that the new proposals, which are supposed to be secret, contain nothing of use and are only a cosmetic attempt to allow the Orangemen to march down the Garvaghy Road on Sunday.

However, earlier this morning the acting First Minister of the Northern Assembly, Sir Reg Empey, said that the proposals were a serious attempt to resolve the dispute and find a way forward.
