'Too early to predict next budget' - Ahern

The Taoiseach has said that it is too early to say what the next budget's tax package will contain.

Figures published yesterday have shown a slow-down in the economy, which has fuelled speculation that the Finance Minister will have to curb plans for a pre-election give away budget.
