Flood adjourned as Finnegan goes to court

The Flood Tribunal has been adjourned until Thursday morning next after it was learned that Dublin auctioneer John Finnegan has applied for leave to seek a judicial review about his continued his role at the tribunal.

The inquiry has previously heard that Mr Finnegan acted as both a buyer and a seller of property of which he was a beneficiary.
