Brennan given third reprieve by Flood Tribunal

The Flood Tribunal has given the building contractor, Tom Brennan until tomorrow to deliver the required documentation to the inquiry.

The papers relate to an Isle of Man trust fund.

The Tribunal was told today that the requested documents have been sent over from the bank in the Isle of Man.

Lawyers for the Tribunal have confirmed that they have established that the documents were en route and should be available tomorrow.

If Mr Brennan fails to produce the necessary documents then, he could face High Court action.
