Brennan before the Flood Tribunal again today

The planning and payments Tribunal will today learn if the building contractor, Tom Brennan has complied with the order to provide the necessary financial documents from an Isle of Man trust fund.

Mr Brennan was ordered by Mr Justice Flood to provide the documents last week after he failed to produce all the required papers.
